eh why you cannot kick the ball like your brother.LOL
so I went back to Thales today, briefly to get my timesheet signed and stuff and everything. and met some of my old colleagues.
its amazing how some people can make you feel so good about yourself.
special thanks to (clockwise) hotcakes, robin and mcwings. dont' ask me why we have strange names, the girl in the pic came up with it. (wait i remember already, her name is natalie)
yea. they really made my entire working life really really great, like work was all about waiting for lunch to eat with them and catch up with them. And hotcakes really nice at work all la. sorry la miss, pangseh you today and all but you really brighten the days :) even though i used tothink you were some dao bitch cause you reminded me of 1 :# lol!
so in any case, today was a pretty good and enjoyable day.
made a long trip down to Clementi to SIM's open house and have a look and get some stuff.
then dropped back to school to meet desmond. the inital plan was to get some runing under my belt so that sunday's 10km run wouldnt be a big time screw up or something.
in the end i got tempted and ended up kicking ball with lucas, and subsequently in a small amtch with the J1's.
I think the lesson I learnt today basically was that Ive always been too soft, as a person, as a sportsman. I need to be harder, go for the challenges with moe conviction, and stick to my guns. maybe that's what I've been getting wrong all the while.
maybe that's what I need to learn...
