Back a few months ago, my friend commented something along the lines that "JC people are kinda childish, Poly students are more mature"
which sorta made sense to me considering the fact about JC that i've seen. How 'friends' can turn into enemies in almost a blink of an eye. Its still pretty kinda shocking to me.
I always thought that it would afford us an advantage in real life taking into consideration that in the real working world backstabbings, discriminations and all sorts of strange stuff inexorably occur.
for me i guess its kinda different.
In some ways i think my formulative year was really Sec 4. That was when i saw the true human nature and was forced to grow up quickly. It was then i learnt about the ways of life. That backstabbing was the norm, and how if you weren't on th best of terms with someone higher up in the food chain, life could get...well pretty difficult i would say.
needless to say, I've become more wary, attempting to percieve malice or ulterior motives in everyone in JC. Not that I've been wrong, just that its gotten me into more spots than out of it.
But that's besides the point.
Today (or like 2 hours earlier) was Halloween, and 1A06 decided to have a PARTY!
Really loved e-v-e-r-y s-i-n-g-l-e moment. of it. from the pool, to the walk with XiaooMarc, to the vodka, to the cooking of beehoon all the way even to the eventual tickingoff by the guards when we got complained for making too much noise by the residents while we were throwing Alford, Darren, Gwen, Amanda and Eugene in. damn song. I got damn god-damned high is tarted singing randomly, and that wasn't under the influence of alcohol cause i drank damn damn damn little. Its realy the class that got my spirits super high.
I guess, I'm doing the opposite. People learn to be careful in Jc, i learn to let myself loose and trust others.
kinda confusing period of time.
thansk for all who share my sor...i mean questions LOL
