Every Journey Begins With A Single Step
soo... after many unsuccessful attempts to slim down, this is my latest attempt. The 60-day insanity work out by that Shaun T workout instructor.
I read once about how goals are nothing if they are not BHAG (Big Hairy Audacious Goals). Someone also told me before 'go big or go home', and how its important to announce your 'goals' to anyone and everyone so that you don't have a chance to go back. You either go through with it or suffer from eternal shame (can't get much worst than my friends dissing me about my weight anyway... so yea)
Anyway, this blog has now been turned into my 60-day Workout log. I'll be including food intake for the day as well as exercises. Exercises will usually be whatever's recommended by the insanity workout schedule, minus Wednesday's and Saturdays where my weekly Futsal and Football matches will suffice. Sunday will be reserved for rest or any last minute football matches as well.
Today 05/08/13's food log
Breakfast: Beef Rendang (wtf was i thinking!?) + Ba Chor Mee Dry (less oil, added vinegar)
Lunch: Apple Juice. White Chicken Breast Meat rice with extra Roasted Chicken Breast Meat.
Dinner: Milo + 3 slices of Wholemeal Wheat Bread with Peanut Butter.
annnddd lastly I'll be taking pics of my fats once a week.so for the sake of your eyes. Don't look.
